With over 12 years of experience in the health care profession, it is our mission to support the communication needs of nursing facilities and home health providers as well as patients and their families.  WadeHealth recognizes the service of skilled care providers who are dedicated toward improving the quality of life for others.  We also understand firsthand that families want to know whether their loved one is undergoing routine or urgent care, and the resulting status.  WadeHealth is committed to helping all parties involved in the ever-changing management of nursing and in-home care.

The WadeHealth mobile app brings the nursing facilities and home health providers up to speed with the societal needs of their customers.  Our software bridges the communication gap in this field with integrity and speed and provides numerous benefits, both in terms of work satisfaction for the provider and direct involvement for the families, no matter where they are located.

How It Works

Only those nursing facilities and home health providers who have adopted the WadeHealth mobile app* will be able to offer our services. Upon admission to the care of a skilled nursing facility or a home health setting, the patient’s family will have the option to install the WadeHealth mobile app onto their mobile devices. The family members will decide who can access the account and receive updates. Families will receive and manage information in a secure and private system about their loved one’s health and wellbeing, including the status of therapy sessions, details on the discharge plan, and follow up appointments. Families may also opt out of receiving phone calls about upcoming appointments by syncing the patient’s schedule with their mobile calendars. To address the concerns of family members, the app will allow members to make inquires and request to speak directly with the provider.
